When I first checked the double page spread in The Originals 3.5 pg. 12 and 13, before it was posted, it sat on the page and condensed itself to the 600 x 900 proportions. So I thought cool, it’s small but all you have got to do is zoom in to see it correctly.  Nothing on the page broke so I was satisfied with it. Of course when it posted, it decided to behave differently then when I previewed it. The full 1200 x 900 decided to work. My left graphic was in front of the post and so the easiest fix was to z-index it to -1. OK, Graphic is gone on the left and the spread is over the graphic on the right. Good enough. After a month, when the spread is in the archives, I’ll turn it into two pages and adjust the art so the characters aren’t in the center of the spread. I wouldn’t bother , but when I go to make this into a graphic novel/tpb, it will be a lot less work. I’m already going over the art in the first 3 issues and correcting some of the art I feel could and should be better. What can I say other then I was getting used to my graphic tablet. But anyway, I just noticed my Facebook like button stopped working. I think it’s related to the z-index I did of the graphic, but not sure. Well, I want a Facebook like button! Maybe it’s my ego, or I just want to see a little appreciation for the hard work it takes to produce the comic. So I moved the widget around hoping it would resolve the problem, but no luck. Using my infinite wisdom, I knew what I had to do! I grabbed a plug-in and decided to try that. Well I wanted a Facebook like button… I got one, plus another, and yet another. After wasting an hour goofing around trying to get it to work right, I gave up. Now I had a choice to make, three or none. Being a typical guy, I went for the three. Not quite what I wanted but I took Meatloaf’s advice and I don’t feel sad, ’cause three instead of none ain’t bad. (Who says I’m not corny?)

So, just to let you readers know, we’re not screaming at you to like us, but if you want to, that would be cool, and look, you’ve got three spots to make it real easy. Do I like that it’s there like that? Na, not really. I’ll fix it when I work on making the 2 page spread into two pages. Till then the glass is half full!
